Tuition (Figured on the total number of weekly classes per family):

One type of class each week $45.00

Each additional class per week $25.00

For example:1 student takes a ballet and a jazz class each week - $70/month

Or 2 siblings each take one class per week - $70/month

Your tuition is a yearly fee divided into 10 monthly payments.  Therefore, the monthly fee you pay each month is not based on how many lessons you receive in a month and will not be pro-rated for missed days or holidays.

There are two options for paying tuition this year. 

1.  Bank draft from checking or savings account or by providing a credit card number.  If you choose option one, your tuition will be billed to that account at  the 1st of the month. 

2. Paying by semester with cash or check.   If you choose the second option, the first semester's tuition will be due at the time of registration. The second semester will be due Jan. 10, 2011. 

 If you are paying by semester, you will not have any problem with monthly late fees.  However, if your January payment is late, you will incur an extra fee.  Those who chose to pay monthly via credit card or bank draft may still incur a late fee if their charge is denied for any reason.  This will result in a late fee of $5.00 as well as a convenience fee of $20.00.

There is also a $20.00 fee on all returned checks.

The registration fee is included in August tuition. (For those who participated in advanced registration in the spring and for those registering in August). Students registering in September and thereafter will be required to pay a separate registration fee. Amounts as follows:$22.50 for one class, $35.00 for two classes, $47.50 for three classes, $60.00 for four classes

Most of our class times are taken already.  However, we do squeeze in a private lesson occasionally.  Rates are as follows:

Private and Semi-Private lesson 1/2 hour of instruction

1 person - $20.00, 2-5 people -$12.00 pp

Appointments must be made at the front desk at least THREE business days before the desired class time.  If you will be unable to attend your private class, you must call at least 60 minutes prior to the class to avoid being billed.

You definitely do need to notify the office in writing if you will be discontinuing class.  It is the polite thing to do and you will need to notify us by the 1st of the month to avoid paying for the entire month.  If you do not notify us and fill out the necessary paperwork to stop the monthly billing of your credit card or checking/savings account, you will continue to be billed.
